Dependent Prayer
Prayer builds the kingdom. We will seek to so permeate our ministry with prayer that it is an integral part of every ministry. Prayer is missional. Mountainview's prayer life reaches beyond the mere day to day maintenance needs of the church and extends God's kingdom.
Children, Youth and Families
Children and youth are not second-class citizens. They are a priority at Mountainview. We're committed to kids. Moreover, one of the ways we serve children and youth is by encouraging strong marriages.

Discipleship by Doing
People learn best by doing. There's a place for classroom instruction, but the Bible teaches that we grow closer to God and to each other, when we follow Christ in the nitty gritty of day to day life. We are called "to glorify God and enjoy him forever." Mountainview is intentional in helping you discover your unique calling as you follow Jesus. Educators call it experiential education; we call it experiential discipleship.
Small Group Ministry
Living in community is not an option. Mountainview care groups and community groups follow the biblical model of meeting in homes as we build community, grow closer to Christ, discover spiritual gifts, make friends, and advance the Kingdom.
Missional Community
We strive to live as God's called and sent people. As a missional community, we express the presence of the Kingdom in word and deed, by extending the kingdom in actions of mercy and justice. Mountainview is a place where hurting people are safe. We are committed to proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ, participating in community life, and supporting likeminded ministries, whether they're our "flavor" of Christianity or not.
